In a recent post, we presented a framework for one of the core strategies that most VC Platform teams focus on: talent.

Talent is such a complex component of any VC’s platform efforts and, as such, it is hard to encapsulate the nuance and diversity of approaches that funds take in a single article. One way to understand the different frameworks in action is to take a peek at those individuals who dedicated their careers to leading their firm’s talent strategy.

My talent strategy article was a by-product of enlightening input from dozens of the industry’s leading talent partners. These professionals humbled me with their innovative work in supporting their portfolio and I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight them. So, I'm thrilled to present a special edition post: a curated list of 100 VC Talent Superstars.
